Diabetic Recipes - Quick Eggs Soups (2 servings)

 

Ingredients

11/2 cup boiling water    
2 egg
1cube bouillion
1cup vegetable broth 

Preparation Method

Dissolve bouillon cube in bowling water. 

Beat egg; blend egg; add in vegetable broth. Reheat slowly  DO NOT BOIL!
