Diabetic Recipes - Garden Soup (10 servings)



6 cups  Water
1/2 cup  Carrots; sliced
2 cups  Tomato juice
1/2 cup  Celery; chopped
1 cup  Potato; peeled chopped
2 tablespoon Chicken bouillon granules
1 cup  Onion; chopped
1 cup  Lima beans
1 teaspoon Garlic powder;
3/4 cup  Chicken; chopped cooked
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce;

Preparation Method

Combine all ingredients in a large Dutch oven.  Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Serve hot.
