2 lettuce leaves
3 tomato slices
1 apple
Diet soda
3 oz sirloin steak
Small baked potato
1 tsp margarine
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 cup green beans
1 dinner roll
1 tsp margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
8 fl oz skim milk

Day 3

1 41/2-inch waffle
2 Tbsp light syrup
1 tsp margarine
1 cup yogurt
3/4 cup blackberries
Coffee or tea
1/2 cup chili w/beans
6 saltine crackers
1/2 cup broccoli
1 Tbsp dip
1 apple
Diet Soda
4 oz hamburger
1 hamburger bun
2 lettuce leaves
2 tomato slices
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 1/4 cup watermelons
8 fl oz skim milk
